Congratulations to Chad & Leslie Ann Westmoreland on the birth of their daughter Hallie Elizabeth on Tuesday, July 15. She weighed 3 lbs. & 14 oz. She was 5 weeks early & is in the NICU. She is fine but needs to gain weight before coming home.
